Hi, I really hope someone can help me with this. I am using maya version 8.5. I am trying to map an image sequence to a directional lights color attribute. I upload the first image in the sequence and everything is fine but when I check the box use as an image sequence the texture disappears and I get an error saying that the texture file does not exist.

Thanks in advance for any help.

The image file # called relates to the current frame number of your Maya scene. You can adjust the Frame Offset to start reading from a different image number. Also make sure that the number is indeed the last part of the filename, i.e. "footage0001.jpg" and not "footage0001_background.jpg"
