I'm in a Maya class and we have this stuff due TOMORROW.

We need 2 poster prints. The teacher said to make them 5100 X 3300 pixels in jpg format.

I've been sitting here for over an hour trying to let my frame render. It's frozen on a white screen. I tried this in the past and kept assuming the program is messed up and I would quit, but now I've let it go for a very long time with no results.

For our smaller pictures I usually wait a good 5 minutes on this white screen but then the blue comes up and the rendering goes very quickly.

It's just a basic picture but I have fur which I know makes it take longer. I don't know what the heck to do.

well my first impression is that your teacher either is a jerk or doesn't realize what he is asking for

you'll probably have to render the image in tiles and then piece them together in photoshop
