Can someone either explain to me how to make a simple working leg / arm in 3D Studio MAX 4 or direct me to a good tutorial for MAX 4 IK setups?

Juts a simple leg or arm is all I want... :-(

Try going to Help->Tutorials->Character Animation->Tutorial 12.
